This is one of the most ambitious porn projects ever created. The first “Porn Mini-Series”, and also features an all-star cast.

Filmed in 1985, this was a series of 4 episodes that revolve around sex, incest, infidelity, greed, and the desire for fame that put any other Primetime Soap (like Dallas and Dynasty) to shame.

And for those that are confused why there are five chapters to a four chapter series, that is actually rather simple. In Germany, they simply took the 1984 movie “Pink Lagoon” and through dubbing turned it into a fifth chapter.

This is a German language dub of the series I grabbed to fulfill a request. And if any are wondering why the video looks funny, that’s because at some time somebody used an AI program to try and “improve” it. However, in the end it just made most of the cast look like they are plastic dolls.

In the opening movie to this amazing classic series Nina (Raven) gets her first taste of passion when her friend stays over. Her friend’s brother sneaks in to visit her, and ends up in bed taking Nina’s virginity.

I was watching a TV series called “Dave’s Old Porn” a few weeks ago. It airs on Showtime, and they interview Porn stars and view their clips. And in this episode, they were interviewing Ginger Lynn and talked about her career and showed some clips of her in her prime. And this was one of the movies featured. According to that interview, she claimed that this movie (filmed at the same time as the “prequal” “Surrender In Paradise” was her first porn movie, and that she turned 21 while on the set.

This movie is somewhat unique. It is a sequel to one movie, which in Germany was passed off as a sequel to a totally different movie.

Shot as a follow-up to “Surrender In Paradise”, in Germany it was repackaged, given a German narration, and presented as “Nena, Taboo American Style 5”. That movie and this are essentially the same, except that Raven’s character of Shana is renamed in the narration as “Nena”, the German version of her name “Nina” in the Taboo American Style series.

“Pink Lagoon” is a sequel to “Surrender in Paradise”. Do not worry if you did not see the original. While the sequel is a good continuation it stands on its own and starts off by giving you enough info on the first to catch you up to speed. The story of the two films is fairly simple a group of models are shipwrecked on a deserted island or so they think. Soon they find out that Arthur (Jerry Butler) who escaped from prison after being wrongly convicted of murdering his wife is also on the island. At the end of Surrender in Paradise when a ship spotted them on the island the girls had to leave Arthur since if he returns he will be sent back to prison. “Pink Lagoon” starts off a few years later. The girls return with a film crew to scout the islands and give Arthur some good news.

Tammy and two others who return to the island embrace with Arthur and then tell him that he is a free man. The murderer was found and Arthur was pardoned. A celebration ensues and he gives all 3 a good working over (he has been stranded alone for quite a while). The group then sets off to explore the surrounding islands. The story then takes a little turn after they encounter some natives. Some interesting scenes including Sondra and Ginger encountering Ron Jeremy and Starbuck dressed as head hunters. Sondra has a little oral action with Ron while Starbuck chases Ginger and then has a romantic scene in a grassy field.
